If Centro was not going to survive then why would directors worry about defining strategies and plans for year 2009. Either they are fooling themselves or fooling investors. I am sure they will sell enough assets by December 08 and long term refinancing will be a sure thing. Only thing we will not be sure about NTA after disposing assets. As long as it's not negative, or not too much negative & company survival is guaranteed,the Sp will be anything above $1.50. Yes , we are talking about 6 months from now.
I am a calculated risk taker. I continue to hold and add to my Centro holding.
