My point was that if RNC has not yet issued a notice of breach and the parties are talking constructively then all parties can work together to resolve the problem; but only for "a couple of days:.
I suspect after "a couple of days" the situation becomes untenable; RNC wants its money and the EOS Directors risk the charge of "trading while insolvent"
