Excuse me for asking what is probably a dumb question(complete newbie). I thought I may protect my profit and have put in a sell limit order for half of my stock. I have it set at $1.20 for 30 days. On the Commsec account it now only shows half of my total. The other half which is at sell limit does the SP still go up and down with the market or stay at the price when the order was put in.. Pardon my ignorance and thanks for your helpful post..
