I didn't hear, what too old or something.
I read a good article the other day, can't remember who, but it called for new Nuclear in the US being a seperate bill, and should not be included in the mix with the Cap and Trade.
Makes alot of sense, as they alluded to there being a majority of senators from both sides acknowledging that nuclear is part of the solution. An its alot of the other things in the bill that are causing the slow progress.
