Yes I can see Bulljack' post was accurate. I was just surprised the way he put it that it didn't make bigger news headlines.
I disregarded Yucca as I had known of the senate bill that was passed in July since it came out. I thought it must have been something else.
No problem for PEN if they strike a China deal though.
