Absolutely NKLEX. The Chinese are also very astute long term thinkers. They will look way beyond 2012 and the potential of another 150M/lbs plus at Karoo would not have escaped them.
To have access to ~230M/lbs of uranium I would suspect could have them salivating behind the scenes.
