No, I wasn't at the presentation; the usb stick sounds really interesting.
You are right about Advent earning the right to 85% of the project too.
As for the tax free status of MMR, BUY would have to rise by 50% more than MMR to get the same nett return;that's how it works out for me but may not be the same for everyone.
One thing I haven't looked into yet is the tax status of the options (MMRO). I have no idea if they have the same tax free status as the heads; anyone here have better info on that???
