I can tell you all that Sundance are still locked in negotiations with Hanlong. They are discussing the issues that relates to the term "reasonable price". Sundance are not prepared to make further comment until negotiations are complete. No time frame was offered. Sundance basically accepted the offer from Hanglong because there was no other offer on the table re a joint venture.
