    So i Guess that now there is a Chief Technical Officer, the said individual will prove his position by staying abreast of technology, and announce his Microsoft Certification in the Latest Technology (Server 2008) and the latest Messaging system (Exchange 2007), and plans in the next Board Meeting Minutes for hardware upgrades to keep up with technology in the comming years.

    As is standard for all CTO Positions.(see any CTO Governance site)
