    FIRB is good as done as you'll ever get. Australia has great trade relations with Brazil . For instance Brazil built the Lucas heights reactor - this is not something taken lightly and many other countries would have been excluded due to not being of exemplary character in foreign business terms.

    PBRs reputation is also second to none so lets forget FIRB approval because it's done.
