Samo is a bit further away and you are picking up additional stratigraphy of which the pressures are unknown. We have seen compartmentalisation between SNE North and SNE reflected in different contacts thus variation in pressure. It comes down to the drillers and their appetite for risk. I doubt they will encounter any significant overpressure given the regional extent and depositional nature of the sands but if you want to play it safe you'll have an additional casing string up your sleeve if you encounter anything "abnormal". The last thing you want is a mechanical failure in a well that has the potential to be a company maker. Therefore anything is warranted regardless of depth to make sure it doesn't come to that.
