    dimma the fact is NAE would not have transfered one single cent to JRV imo.

    read the NAE ann again. sure they owe JRV 800k for shares and JRv owes them 780k for shares so in that it looks like NAE transfers 20k (the difference) to JRV.

    however at the same time JRV has bought out the joint venture and actually owes NAE a few more hundred thousand so in essence NAE gets out scott free!
