depending on the outcome of the EGM as far as legalalities go i would suggest shareholders (if it doesn't go their way) approach someone like Slater Gordon or IMF/Hugh Mclernon. These guys often will front up all costs and obviously take a slice of any proceeds of a court win but make no mistake they are good at their game and would exhaust al legal avenues i'm sure.
something for loong sufering holders to keep up their sleeve.
