when is it going to be decommissioned?

It will have to be this decade please SBL, i.e. after you take more of my money to keep my rights, so to speak. It is capitalism at its best.

I suppose patience is the only thing I can do, like the long queues to get to the bank teller to get some cash. In this case I expect a bagful of cash for SBL for the long wait.
