If you look at the sources & uses of funding slide you'll see that only $35m is allocated to the ongoing exploration. At even a several-fold increase to their historic $/oz discovered (iirc $15/oz), I'm more than comfortable with that.
Regarding mine development, they're a bit hamstrung until the dewatering has finished. Nonetheless, they have still planned and budgeted the redevelopment of the histioric decline, new declines and also feasibility studies. Thats fairly reasonable considering we only got our maiden indicated this week. A lot more resource conversion will be required before making an actual economic decision.
I'm happy that they were aggressive with the CR, should mean that there won't be another for at around 12 months. In hindsight, the small CR at the start of the year (versus a larger) was a good call considering the recent share price appreciation, although that was partially forced due to the obvious capital listing restricitions.
