The shares will be issued following shareholder approval. 25% of the consideration shares issued by Tyranna Resources to the vendors of US Cobalt will be subject to voluntary escrow arrangements for a period ending 20 February 2019."
So it's all under control, and there will be no need to raise capital as you are well aware .TYX have many solid near term cash revenue projects,TYX is a cashed up junior that in my opinion will shoot up very strogly on a number of fronts.
You have started 3 very negative threads here on TYX. and there is no way you can buy at 1.4c. You will need to pay up.
