Tyro approached Potentia advising then they can have access to the data room to perform due diligence over a 4 week period. There was no mention of a date as to when or if Potentia would provide another offer. Personally I believe a slightly higher low ball offer below $1.85 will be coming. IMO anything under $2 should be rejected by the board and they should focus on increasing there share of the EFTPOS market.
