I read this morning that at Nitro, which Potentia has now successfully purchased, the CEO and the CFO have been kicked, effect immediately.
So I imagine Jon Davey (brand new Tyro CEO) and the brand new Chairman will be resisting any Tyro takeover so they can protect their new jobs.
