A measly $1m profit and $3-4m forecast is a rounding error on their multi-billion turnover. I don't have confidence that it is any more than accounting window dressing on they can sustain any reasonable profit after 20 years and $170m of accumulated losses. This is why I would want to accept an offer for $1.70-1.80.
