Well i believe it will happen and PDY will build the rail and port.
So i guess its a stale mate but what do we know im a shareholder your a non shareholder we are on the outside looking in. PDY management are the ones with the contacts and investors so i guess we should leave it up to them to take us to the future of building the rail and port.
