It all ends badly, just look at AEJ or Redback, Alinta Energy, Babcock and Brown Power (BBP), Babcock and Brown Wind (which partly became Infigen), Pasminco Mining, Babcock and Brown Infrastructure.

Darts on a board with twisted minds at the helm. If governance standards are high, gaol bait could be the answer but some jurisdictions, the law is not the solution to the problem, the law is the problem.

And these twisted miserable executives get away with poor contract provisions, a multitude of sins no committed by a caring human and get away with it scot free with all their remuneration and rewards in tact.

Is it fair? Is it sad? Is it disgraceful? There are no heroic hearts in a failure just a lot of culpable individuals, some will get away with such evil without retribution from the Corporations Act or WA Law or whatever.

It is to my mind unsatisfactory. Needs recompense.
