Arbitration (on whether the CNNC option on LHM is valid or not) takes place in WA if PDN fails in that then it goes to the Singapore process and independent valuation and then CNNC have 30 days to take up the option at that value.
I feel that PDN will prevail in the WA courts and then it'll be a question of whether or not they have the numbers for the restructure.
