This year ASIC and ASX have put the stop to many an application for RTO/IPO. A good friend of mine has just gone through the firey hoops of hell with both of them in a RTO that is about to happen and he said that he argued for months over every line in the companys assets and liabilities colum, with ASIC, and having to prove there was cash at hand to be positive from day one. Then ASX have this amazing ability to not let you re-list, even if you pass ALL their listing rules, by using their DISCRETION. Which I find amazing they could just look at a company and say "nup don't like you" and you cant do a thing about it. So my belief for FMJ is with the somewhat interesting path taken to the Kaz potash deal via China, Bahamas its putting the company though hell.
