Thats the worry with prospectors like this.
We are seeing this drift down and so any raise is going to be at a lower price points then the last..
Unless there is some BIG news releases that get this back up to the levels of the last one.
No two ways on this one.. its a gamble and only thing you got to work with is the land they are holding and the team that is building..
which we know are A grade stock..
thus still hopeful that we are not got hard earned in a group that is just in the for the lifestyle stock issues..
