It now seems that December is the earliest date for an AGM.
However nothing has been announced.
The Corporations act states that a public company must hold an AGM at least once evry calendar year AND within 5 months after the end of its financial year.
MVH is therefore required by law to hold its AGM by November 30th, being 5 months from June 30th!
However a public comopany must give 28 days notice of an AGM and the notice period is deemed to satrt 3 days after posting of such notice is made.
From this logic its impossible for MVH to obey the Corporations act by the looks of it.
