1. See if they raise the issue of the share price during their presentation and whether they address concerns before being asked.
2. If they don't mention it, ask about the share price and if they have any strategies to improve it. Are they worried by the share price? The lack of directors buying in, the lack of a dividend paid (yes I know about the wording in the prospectus, but it was a bit of a slap in the face for investors, particularly in light of payouts in previous years. It indicates that the CEO has a different opinion of himself vs investors, which is a real concern) , poor transparency, poor communication is making investors stay away. Is listing on the ASX just window dressing for the company?
3. Ask for better communication - more transparency in what the company is doing, what the next 12-24 months holds. We have 1 line about why no money has been distributed to shareholders, because of 'acquisitions in 2015'. There has been nothing more forthcoming about that.
4. Concerns over loans coming and going - is it shadow banking? Why is this happening?
5. If nothing is done to support the shareprice, it will head further south, indicating investors have zero faith in this stock, vs almost zero at the moment. Significant damage has been done to the reputation of the company over the last 12-18 months, which will need far more effort to fix than 6 months ago.
Edit: 6. Also ask for more details of how they are developing their online presence. Are they going to break down sales into retail store and online for clarity?
Having said all of the above, with all my research indicating the company is real and if the CEO is capable of sustaining the growth he has achieved over the last 6-7 years and there is an improvement in communication, in 2+ years time all of the recent shenanigans will be a distant memory.
I would love to be at the AGM, but I can't.
