I think it's obvious at this point there won't be an AGM.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out into administration, and what ASIC does in terms of potential action. At least ASIC "seems" to have grown a set as per Padbury.

The only good news for holders will be a capital loss to write off. That's as good as it gets, IMHO.
