when is the appeal to be heard, page-7

They might come up with some tired old nonsense, but don't hold your breath,these so called directors are busy elsewhere and MLS is a company in name only, this is one of the "Parliament House" specials where coy's like this abound with a central mouthpiece aka Norm who in reality just operates a back room office to make a living, wonder how many coy's he represents?.
I would imagine an appeal to the high court would take many months, certainly not this year, this is certainly no priority case to them, it's essentially a bunfight between nobody's, but why appeal?, they have no legal legs to stand on now, this so called deal was always suspect--enough of that, if any unlikely appeal is launched you can be sure of one thing, it will bankrupt MLS, as appeals have the extraordinary peculiarity of running as long as the money lasts (read-high court justice) Malaka is now the card holder and forget any deal with MLS, would you deal with people who ignored your protests and gave you nothing?.
