Connect East toll way is not expected to be completed until November 2008, although it has been suggested that it may be completed as early as April 2008.
I'm thinking that the stock will not increase in price much at all over the next 2 years until the toll way is built, so this stock could be a very good buy come early 2008, what do other people think?
