The board must be up to something as they never release any sales figures or updated break even timeframe! In August 2020 the chairman said that EVE could break even by Dec - Jan or the latest March 2021! As of end of July getting closer the Chairman's information has not been updated by EVE! How can the Board be allowed to release important shareholder information, then failing to deliver the released information and almost a year later ASX has not asked the company to please explain the failures to deliver these predictions! ASX listing rules must include please explain, when failures in delivering budget or statement saying company should be breaking even end of 2021 or the latest March 2021! obviously the company did not break even as the directors informed shareholders and possibly new investors back in Jul-Aug 2020! I hope that ASX will request the company directors to please explain this failure to deliver such important shareholder information!
