Youre right Bob, as the exercise date nears the options become less attractive as a leverage buy on the FPO, more so when the option expiry is less than twelve months as is TASO.
Anyone buying TASO now would be hoping that TAS will be at least 40c to 60c on Feb 28 expiry of TASO.
Time decay is the killer, it is well known that the vast majority of options expire worthless and out of the money.
I held TASO a few months ago and bailed out.
Pleased that I did.
