    no, they are unrelated. EM funding doesn't have to come first...there is sufficient funding in the Company ( Fred's money is in the bank account anyway)and EM is committed- ref their additional patents.

    No meeting is needed for EM's funds, only for Fred's investment to be ratified. Knowing how well he controls costs, the EGM and demo will be in the same meeting.
