Joe, your numbers are +/- correct. However, you don't take into account the "Fred" situation... He and his family own about 25%, today valued at some $80-90m. Friends own another +/- 30%?
He's not going to let the Company go down for the sake of another few million dollars, when it is so close ...And EM is fully committed.-see the scale of their fab and what theyre announcing. And this is a Chinese government-related entity....
I wouldnt lose sleep over this .
