AP refuse to publicly demonstrate the 'working product' and the believers interpret this to mean that the product must work!

EM is not a customer. They make the chips. Giving them the demo boards is an obvious solution to the problem of them testing the chips coming off the production line. In a previous announcement AP said there was an issue in obtaining the 'probers' that can used to test the chips.

AP said in the latest announcement that it was their 'objective' to demonstrate the chips at the EGM. The simplest explanation to the delay is that the chips cannot be demonstrated because they don't work.

They said they were working on the 9 and 80 chip demos boards. If one chip sounds like crap then 80 is hardly going to help. They also said they were working on algorithms to improve the sound quality. Do you need to pair it with a $1,000 FPGA chip to improve the sound quality?
