My two bobs worth is that the NEDs need to devote more time and energy into the strategic direction of company given its underwhelming performance. I find it staggering that here there was only 6 board meetings held during the past year for which the NEDs were paid ~$10k/meeting. Even more staggering is the lack of diversity in their skills - 1 financial guy and 4 geologists.

Why should the former MD cop the blame (noting his vast mining experience) vs the rest of the board. Something isn't right and the shareholders are voting with their feet.
