    Is water quality an issue?

    Can groundwater (probably saline) extracted from coal reserves be used?

    If so, this could be just one more reason to consider coincident ucg/CBM projects as CBM extraction requires initial dewatering of saturated coal seams. Groundwater quality within coal seams can in some instances be not too bad.

    Just a thought ... havent looked into it.
