As far as news goes who knows?(apart from true insiders)
TA wise CQT has had a run at the down trendline and break of the past 2 1/2 months down trend. One would expect it to pause/have a breather there. It is holding a very tight consolidation pattern, so getting wound up like an elastic band, something has to give eventually and I expect an upward break on volume with new highs in sight.
