Comparing mesoblast and a2m, bkl, bal is stupid. Mesoblast has an unproven product that still requires validation. One can argue a2m is still unproven, but the anecdotal evidence tells othwrwise, and in terms of food there is always a niche - how many people go for gluten free and sugar free and organic when there are no "evidence"? Medicals are notoriously risky business. And has anyone taught those intelligent investors to put trailing stop loss? On the other hand the take home message here is though a2m has a much better safety profile in terms of downside to disappointment.
