You're doing a good thing holding off, it's checkmate for the housing sector for years to come. It's just the beginning of things to come. And, I feel sorry for people that thing houses will continue to go up. Yes they will go up but in another 10 years.
Starting putting whatever you can from your income into a2 and gradually build your profile? Or maybe sell your other stocks that aren't performing? As long as you manage the risk, it's important to be spontious with no fear.
