well, popular opinion on this forum would suggest that opportunities don't stop existing in any market...
although i don't hear many reporting 'new buys'...we're talking past tense mainly when it comes to 'facts'.
and all of the optimism is about the 'theory' of property investing! kind of convenient, don't you think ?
