Cut off date is the 12/1/2009. But minimum work obligation states that they only have to have the well drilled nothing about proven resources, so still plenty of time. Pretty sure they have both of silver marlins drill rigs so i think both blocks will be getting drilled at around the same time, will try and confirm that but that is how i understand it.
