It depends on many factors, one of the being on how serious Telstra views this issue.
If Telstra views they have a strong case it may be dragged through the Supreme courts. One may say Telstra can afford to spend 60-70 million in court costs to make 300-400 million back in damages.
I seriously do not know, but I think it is a little pre mature to think there will be an official verdict in the near future. The best both parties can hope for is if they meet half way, the only way this issue will be settled in a proper manner before it gets really dirty. The verdict could take awhile, I think.
