    BWJ, It could be. Or maybe he does not want to be hauled in front of ASIC like the rest of the board will hopefully be.

    How long can this continue?

    If there are prosecutions etc are they made public? It seems crazy that when an official complaint is lodged with ASIC there is no way of finding out the results.
