Agree 100 per cent on your overall assessment except i do see value for SH in remaining listed . I could see alot of money leaving the stock without any chance of attracting it back again after delisting. I can also see that with a reduction of shares outstanding that some instos could be attracted by this, so will vote for it but would have prefered the update to come prior to this, but hell that ain't gonna happen.
