Not right upto speed with this stock and probably never will be but if UNS need a CR down the track thats one reason the R.S should be approved imo but the Share Price would have to be maintained at some appreciative level higher than the 2-3 dollars you suggest.

Theres too much stuff with this stock thats in the unknown basket. atm imo

Staying listed on the Nasdaq is an advantage for a number of reasons IF UNS/UNIS progress as a Company heading to the "Big Time" imo

Orbimed must at least have an initial plan mapped out to turn UNIS around and set it on the correct path! imo

imo Staying listed on the Nasdaq is part of that. The RS wont get voted down imo
