Odd because in the quarterly report just out last week management said there was an AGM scheduled on 16 Nov to approve a capital raise required to make it through this quarter without running out of cash.
Is it a breach of director fiduciary duty if Declan holds an AGM on that date but doesn’t tell us shareholders?
