Neither Creat or Fengli ( GXY's major Chinese shareholders )bought at the recent cap raise and, consequently, had their
% of the company diluted.

But one can seriously ask who are behind the nominee
companies who, collectively, own 30.08% of the company.

If we group the "nominees" with Creat & Fengli
we get:-

Creat..........11.78%
Fengli..........6.68%
Nominees....30.08%
Total...........48.54%
