Skyscrapper. It is not "there you go". That email from mark proves nothing! All it says is they are waiting. But for what reasons? Issues with paperwork lodged? They didnt lodge on time for ASX to be able to process and list it on the indicated date? How naive u r to just take that email and say "there you go". It doesnt not provide any details for the delay. Lack of details is not exactly unusual for this company.
Take a look at Brainchip (BRN) - a reverse takeover just like vnx. In their prospectus 18 Aug 2015, it indicated a relisting date of 22 September 2015. And take a "wild guess" what date it relisted???
Bingo! 22 september 2015! Not so unexpected is it?? But i guess doing things right in the first place and promptly, and keeping shareholders updated would be too much to ask for this company. a simple reply lacking in substance would be able to please mindless followers like yourself.
So dont go take it out on ASX as a scapegoat, and worse still, stating it as a fact! It would have been fine if u stated it could be asx delaying it. But the problem here is that u stated is as a fact even though its based on assumption!
