Most of the time with any relisting it is the ASX that holds everything up, only a few normally list on time, I've seen it many times through my work. A bit like getting finance through the bank and the bank holding it up. Nothing to see here. The company you talk about doesn't exist anymore and its history, it is Vonex going forward, very exciting.
