    I'm sure if 17.4 applied (Compulsory Acquisition) ... wishful thinking, this would have been mentioned in original announcement.

    Original ASX announcement was:
    ​
    The securities of Mustang Resources Limited (the "Company") will be suspended from quotation immediately pursuant to Listing Rule 17.3 pending the response to a price and volume query.

    17.3 is not good ... relates to breaking listing rules or uninformed market.
